Joint Training Session
between (primarily) Southampton University Shorinji Kempo Club and the Genbukan
Ninpo Bugei Club - Sunday 19th November, 2006
On Sunday 19th November 2006, Southampton University Shorinji Kempo Club and the Genbukan Ninpo Bugei Club (who also train at the University) held a joint training session and raised in excess of £150.00 for the Children In Need charity. The session ran for a total of 3 hours, the first-half being run by Sensei Adrian Starr (Shorinji Kempo), and the second-half being run by Sensei Leo Spencer (Genbukan Ninpo Bugei).
